No cluster-backup in destinations

The cluster configuration backup is automatically copied to backup destinations during scheduled runs

However the cluster-backup is actually not uploaded into backup destinations.

Also the UI says the same thing:

As regards a Samba backup share, the dump file is uploaded but doesn't contain the Samba backup repositories.

If one knows the data encryption key, the samba share can be added manually but without encryption key it's not possible to restore apps after the cluster restore.

As a workaround one can download the cluster backup manually.

Test case

• Check the cluster backup is uploaded on every backup run, both manual and scheduled.
• Make sure Samba backup destination is correctly created with the Import destinations action.
