NethVoice CTI: Line Key changes from CTI are not applied to the phone unless reprovisioning is forced

Description

When Line Key buttons are modified from the CTI and the configuration is saved from the UI, the changes are not propagated to the phone. The updated keys are applied only after forcing a manual reprovisioning of the device.

Expected behavior

After saving Line Key changes from the CTI:

• the phone should be automatically reconfigured
• Line Keys should be updated without requiring a manual reprovisioning

Current behavior

• Line Key changes are not applied to the phone
• Line Keys are updated only after manually triggering provisioning
