Nethvoice: user filter "Internal" does not show all results with infinite scroll #7893

Description

Description

In the Wizard under Configuration → Users, applying the filter for "Internal" users does not immediately show all internal users. With infinite scroll enabled, additional internal users appear only after manually scrolling down, and the ordering seems inconsistent.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Wizard.
  2. Go to Configuration → Users.
  3. Apply the filter for "Internal" users.
  4. Observe the list of users.
  5. Scroll down to trigger infinite scroll loading.

Expected behavior

All internal users matching the filter are displayed correctly and consistently ordered, without requiring manual scrolling to reveal missing entries.

Actual behavior

Only a subset of internal users is shown initially. Additional internal users appear only after scrolling down, and they seem to follow a different (e.g., alphabetical) order compared to the initially displayed results.
