Replace MkDocs Material with Docusaurus 3.9 for user documentation. Add new documentation for features not previously covered: avatar management, organization rebranding, applications, dashboard, data export, and account settings. - Migrate all 7 existing docs (EN + IT) with full content parity - Add 8 new documentation pages per locale - Add React landing page with feature cards and blue Nethesis theme - Add i18n support with navbar/footer translations - Add mermaid diagram support - Update GitHub Actions workflow for Docusaurus build and deploy - Remove mkdocs.yml and Python requirements
