I'd prefer to move the whole "Import tasks from CSV" section to the bottom, before "Known limitations", because other sections contains base information for it.

Introduce a new utility script for importing synchronization tasks from a CSV file, enabling bulk migrations of multiple email accounts. Update documentation to outline the CSV format, usage instructions, and validation options.
