Decision taken 2026-05-03: defer release/0.1.3-beta.0 until a real bug surfaces in 0.1.2 stable or a feature plus accumulates in develop. The 4 hardening fixes (PRs #43-#46) stay in develop without dedicated release; next release branch will consolidate hardening + bug fix or hardening + feature. Updates: - §0 row "Próximo paso": replaced "decisión pendiente" with concrete guidance for future sessions (check gh issue list + git log to decide when to cut release/0.1.3-beta.0). - §6.22 sub-section "Siguiente acción concreta (post-Phase-17)": replaced 3-options-pending with explicit "Opción C tomada" + operational implications + trigger events for future release cut. - Footer "Ultima actualizacion": reflects decision.
