…12.7 ms, self.t is fractionally above 12.7 ms (by a few attoseconds of floating-point noise), so the second run_until(12.7) computes a tiny negative duration that Brian2 rejects
(we're supposed to be pinning the CI build to numpy<2, but clearly this isn't working)
