Windows version compatibility issue

Problem

The latest Windows installer does not seem to be compatible with my Windows 11 environment.

I downloaded and installed:

• NeuroSkill_0.0.129_x64-setup.exe

The installation can complete after stopping the old skill-daemon.exe process, but the Windows version still appears to be incompatible / not working correctly.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• Installer: NeuroSkill_0.0.129_x64-setup.exe
• Install path: C:\Program Files\NeuroSkill
• Related process: skill-daemon.exe

What happened

After installing the Windows x64 setup package, NeuroSkill does not work as expected on Windows 11.

Previously, the installer also failed with:

C:\Program Files\NeuroSkill\skill-daemon.exe
