Merge tools and ecosystem page #31
Description
The NWB Tools page seems to be essentially just an index for other tools pages.
To simplify the page, I'm wondering whether we could just add a section at the bottom of NWB Software Ecosystem page that would talk about the "Community Tools" where we could have the links to the tools pages and show the arch figure of tools.
The disclaimer I think could be placed at the bottom of the individual tools pages: "Disclaimer: Reference herein to any specific product, process, or service by its trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by the NWB development team, United States Government or any agency thereof, or The Regents of the University of California. Use of the NeurodataWithoutBorders name for endorsements is prohibited."
