Could you upload version which executes correctly? The code works for me without errors

I will update the correct version in the subsequent versions, i need to get the pypi installation working first and I will be able to resolve bunch of these issues in one go.

The new version of readthedocs requires a .readmedocs.yaml file that's added now.
SImilarly license.txt is added
Additionally, typos in the setup.py and an initial version of the pypi used in testspypi is included here.
