Fix scaling in mobile size for responsive design

I quickly hacked together the device scaling for the responsive design, but never tested on both retina and non-retina devices at the same time, so one is locked into the wrong scaling (I can't remember which).

First fixes are in. Works well in desktop browsers, but icons still need to be sized correctly for retina displays & there are some font-size issues on iOS devices.

Has this change not rolled out yet? I can’t see any difference when resizing my browser window.
