New Advanced Packaging Tool (napt)

napt,New Advanced Packaging Tool or New apt is the Package Manager of Arvor/Armvor Linux.

It has a "simplier" syntax than the old package manager,apt-nf-tree,and it is made on C++ and libapt.Unlike nsm,that haves the same code for Arvor and Armvor,napt has different way-to-act on arm64.Napt is responsible for upgrading and add repositories for Arvor and Armvor.When doing any transaction,it tests it on a LVM snapshot made by napt,if goes well,install on the host.Upgrading does the same thing.Syncing repositories does not need the Snapshot Transaction.
