Relicense from MIT to GPLv3. This only impacts you, really, if you are using this software to provide a paid service. If you do you will need to review the license and publish downstream code.
Also updates dependencies resolving some CVEs, fixes the dockerfile and remove references to my (no longer running) instance and email address.
