Admin loop error

Just checking has anyone picked up on a error in the user edit screen? I attempted to see if I could load a picture in my avatar..geek yeah much!!
And clicked through the edit menu for the user, it gives u the multiple drop down, when clicking on the login in as the menu dissapers and screen reloads, then when i click on the edit in line again the admin menu is gone, to fix it just click on a few things, like change the language and then it corrects itself and the admin menu is back, I can do this mutliple times without a flaw.
