access NPM via proxy host and access-list entry not possible.

I wanted to access the NginxProxyManager over the web.
I've added the Proxy Host (Cache Assets, Websockets Suppert, SSL: Force SSL, HTTP/2 Support, HSTS Enabled, HSTS Subdomains)

• works fine -
  BUT...
  When i choose my Profile in the Access-List-Field, then it isn't loading the website of NPM anymore.

Access List Details: Satisfy Any enabled/disabled, Pass Auth to Host enabled / disabled - i've tried every combination. (allow all, deny all)

Or is this already in discussion anywhere? Sorry then - link?

I had a similar problem, release v2.9.20 didn't manage Access Lists correctly, in my case specifying the local subnet within the allow IP Address policy, the Proxy Host/s with the associated Access List would change to Offline and no longer be accessible. I can confirm rolling back to v2.9.19 fixes this.

Same for me, when Access List are enabled for a proxy, access rules cannot be written correctly in the proxy configuration file.
