In the frontend/js/i18n directory is a "messages.json" file with all English texts and display elements of the NPM.

This messages-de.json file can be used for the German translation.

Das Problem besteht weiterhin. In der Datei messages.json ist weiterhin ausschließlich EN enthalten.
Weitere Sprach-Einträge sind weiterhin nicht vorhanden. Daher kann das Problem nicht veraltet sein.
