Acces to the login page but can't logon

Describe the bug

• I have configure correctly (i think so) my docker with a proxy host wich is a simple Ombi
• The problem is : when I go to my ombi.domain I arrive correctly to my ombi login page but when i type my credentials nothing happen (this is the same for another site I configure in order to try komga).
• I precise i'am talking about the ombi login page (wich work in local whitout pass by nginx) and not the nginx access list
• Version 2.0.14

• Unraid docker

• I try from google / safari same problem
