Deleted service or disabled service still working

Describe the bug
Disabled or deleted services are still operational.

• What version of Nginx Proxy Manager is reported on the login page?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• First created a redirection service, tested it and it works (http)
• Then created a proxy, and that too works, though it couldn't resolve domain (LAN) DNS and I had to use the IP
• Deleted the redirect service
• Disabled the Reverse Proxy
• They both are still working
• Restarted npm docker container and they are still working.

Expected behavior
Both disabled or deleted service should stop functioning.

Operating System

• Ubuntu 20.04 as host

i can confirm this, i had a redirect created and deleted, then created a proxy, but the redirect is still working.

Is ist still working after editing a different host? If not, the issue might be that nginx is not restarted after a host is deleted
