If you create a letencrypt certificate from the ssl certificates tab (not from a proxy-host), the proxy-host configuration won't revert to what it was before it was edited for the purpose of obtaining an SSL certificate

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to SSL Certificates
- Create a certificate for a pre-existing proxy host
- After the SSL cert is created, browse to the proxy host
- See error 404 not found
