- 250+ World Map using a custom hide sign script: http://server.minecraftaddicts.com/map Cache takes 2 hours to render on an Intel Atom 1.6, 2gb ram. Very acceptable. http://www.minecraftaddicts.com
- Map for a private SMP Server: http://mc.162nd.com/images/mcworld/index.html World is 55000 chunks, 10048576 rendered tiles. Private Dedicated server hosted.
- Map from a semi-private SMP server: http://map.smp.em32.net/map/index.html World is approx 84000 chunks. There are about 36000 rendered tiles (totaling about 3gigs). Cloudfront hosted
- Great example map: http://server.minecraft.name/map/ ~45000 chunks (~600MB). Takes 6h rendering on an AMD64X2 3800+
- Another example map, day: http://waysaboutstuff.com/map/day/ night: http://waysaboutstuff.com/map/night/ ~285K chunks (~1.2GB). Full render takes a few days on 2x3.6GHz dual-core procs, incremental updates take a couple hours. Full map data (cache + tiles) for both uses ~50GB.
- AncientCraft ~15000 chunks, using a customized version of the Doku+Johnsmith Texture Pack. The resulting map takes ~500MB of space.
- http://minecraft.novylen.net/map - about 250,000 chunks at the time of writing, took two days to render the chunks and another two days to render the tiles (the first time). Incremental updates daily take about an hour. --rbos

- http://mortalpowers.com/minemapi/ Small 7 person server map. ~19000 chunks ~150MB output size. Generated using nice -n19 python gmap.py ~/world/ /super/workspace/mortalpowers.com/minemap/
- Langfordia Midsize map on a private server. ~17000 chunks, automated incremental updates every three hours take ~10 minutes. c10t-generated flat maps are also publicly viewable.

- http://www.gamercide.org Map. 700mb worth of image files for map. I've setup an automatic script for windows that backs up the world and runs overviewer. It also uploads the overviewer files to a remote ftp for web access automatically. Script can be found on gamercide forums. Map here:

- http://mc.quake3world.com/mcmap/ Map with MapMarkers plug-in showing current players. Hosted on linode 1024 plan. Initial render took about 3 hours; updates take anywhere from 3-25 minutes, depending on player activity.
- http://www.saturnvalley.org/minemap Growing world with ~5 players. Tourist attractions include the airship, the lighthouse, and several active water features.
