  • http://minecraft.writhem.com/ : 30 regions, One of the developer testing renders; will always be the latest win32 build of overviewer. Unlisted Semi-Private server, several renders of same map, Major modifications to the html that display: live ingame information overlays and player positions. One of the only maps to show implimentation of WorldGaurd regions and last render completion time.
  • http://minecraftonline.com/map/ : Awesome, huge map ~500,000 chunks, day and night mode with biomes and full lighting. Continuous incremental updates on quad i5, world directory on ramdrive, tile output on twin SSD drives in RAID-1. Map occupies ~20GB, cache around 200GB.
  • http://minecraft.wothgaming.com/ServerMaps/Creative/ : 473MB world folder, Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 6GB RAM 3 hour daily update at midnight. Server is minecraft.wothgaming.com
  • http://server.minecraftaddicts.com/map : 250+ World Map using a custom hide sign script, Cache takes 2 hours to render on an Intel Atom 1.6, 2gb ram. Very acceptable. http://www.minecraftaddicts.com
  • http://map.smp.em32.net/map/index.html : Map from a semi-private SMP server, World is approx 84000 chunks. There are about 36000 rendered tiles (totaling about 3gigs). Cloudfront hosted
  • http://server.minecraft.name/map/ : Great example map, ~45000 chunks (~600MB). Takes 6h rendering on an AMD64X2 3800+
  • TheDailyAutist : ~1.9K regions/~1.4M chunks (~6GB). Tiles use ~160GB.

  • Langfordia : Midsize map on a private server. ~17000 chunks, automated incremental updates every three hours take ~10 minutes. c10t-generated flat maps are also publicly viewable.
  • http://maps.mcau.org : A number of renders of various worlds, using different code-bases.
  • http://mc.quake3world.com/mcmap/ : Map with MapMarkers plug-in showing current players. Hosted on linode 1024 plan. Initial render took about 3 hours; updates take anywhere from 3-25 minutes, depending on player activity.
  • http://www.saturnvalley.org/minemap : Growing world with ~5 players. Tourist attractions include the airship, the lighthouse, and several active water features.
  • http://mc.op9.com : B3S Minecraft Server - Server contains ~210,000 chunks and runs on a Linode 1536. Initial render took 2 days for chunks, and another 36 hours for tiles. Automated updates render nightly and take between 45 minutes and an hour to complete. Contains minor updates to the template.html to adjust default zoom in order to incorporate the map as an interactive background to the MC server's homepage.
  • http://minecraft.schneenet.com : SCHNEENET Minecraft Server - Small (~9000 chunks) private server with major modifications including a plugin that shows player locations on the map and chat with in game players. Render script runs both day and night back to back. Full render takes over night (~9 hours) on a 2.8 Ghz Pentium 4. Updates are between 15 minutes to a few hours depending on how much the players explore.
  • http://pcsupremacy.co.uk/minecraftlevel/map/ : PC Supremacy Minecraft server, semi-private with about 30 users. Running latest built version.
  • http://files.fusselwurm.de/minecraft/map/ : private world w/ ~5 players. map updated daily.
  • http://www.itsnew.fr/map-hq/ : 132400 chunks - Public french server - Take about 7 hours to create the map, on Bi-Xeon quad. Updated daily.
  • http://anbservers.net/minemap/minemap : White list Assault -N- Battery community server ~10 players, ~200000 chunks, updated once a week.
