- Great example map: http://server.minecraft.name/map/ ~45000 chunks (~600MB). Takes 6h rendering on an AMD64X2 3800+
- Another example map: http://thedailyautist.com/map/ ~810K chunks (~3.5GB). Continuously runs incremental updates (using --chunklist) that take a few hours depending on player activity. Full map data (cache + tiles) uses ~220GB.
- AncientCraft ~15000 chunks, using a customized version of the Doku+Johnsmith Texture Pack. The resulting map takes ~500MB of space.

- Langfordia Midsize map on a private server. ~17000 chunks, automated incremental updates every three hours take ~10 minutes. c10t-generated flat maps are also publicly viewable.

- B3S Minecraft Server - http://mc.op9.com - Server contains ~210,000 chunks and runs on a Linode 1536. Initial render took 2 days for chunks, and another 36 hours for tiles. Automated updates render nightly and take between 45 minutes and an hour to complete. Contains minor updates to the template.html to adjust default zoom in order to incorporate the map as an interactive background to the MC server's homepage.
- SCHNEENET Minecraft Server - http://minecraft.schneenet.com - Small (~9000 chunks) private server with major modifications including a plugin that shows player locations on the map and chat with in game players. Render script runs both day and night back to back. Full render takes over night (~9 hours) on a 2.8 Ghz Pentium 4. Updates are between 15 minutes to a few hours depending on how much the players explore.
