Encountered this error while training, how to solve this

This is an issue huggingface seem to be having at the minute. They have fixed for a few models and not all Huggingface Issue.
You can downgrade your version of the transformers library but I am unsure when this error was introduced.

It would be nice if versions were given with these notebooks to maintain usability. As you may notice the user of datasets load_metric is also no longer supported and evaluate.load should be used instead
