Summary

Clarify the README default end-to-end delivery latency estimate after the 100 ms tick cadence docs update.

The typical wait for the next tick is ~50 ms on average and at most ~100 ms, so the default typical range is better described as ~50–150 ms rather than ~100–300 ms.

  • grep guard for Hz/hz wording in README.md and docs
