Apologies for the incomplete previous PR. The L2 requires a minimum priority fee of 1 wei.
I’ve updated this PR to include a check that warns when congestion might cause transactions to be deprioritized. This shouldn’t normally happen, but the warning is there as a precaution. I've also changed the estimation from the to use the eip1559 gas fee computation.
