Having a good look through this morning and love how far this project has come in such a sort time.

Things i would love to see that we use on a daily basis as an MSP are:

• Quoting and online customer signoff, convert quotes to sales orders and create PO's, convert sales orders to invoices.
• Knowledgebase with lookup from tickets
• Agreements with start date, cost etc
• Pull emails from a mailbox and auto create tickets.
• Automatic Asset ID's, possibly even ability to enter last like invoices.
• SSO with Azure

And don't know if these are already in the system but cannot find them would be, custom logo for invoices and system wide change of currency symbol as we are in the UK and require £.

Keep up the good work, cannot wait to see where this goes.

Is there going to be a SLA module? With the above list I think it will be a great start for most.
