add get_class_from_booking (supports new and old) and get_class_from_booking_new (supports new) methods
make name attribute of OtfClass required
separate out deduplicate logic
filter out weird non-booking bookings - records with a limited payload with ids like 'no-booking-id-'
catch validation errors when creating model instances in a loop
rename OtfException to OtfError
