Settings to disable modules with external requests (outside of registry).

Since we're building a security tool, I believe we're currently making numerous external requests to untrusted APIs. This can pose problems in constrained environments, such as enterprise networks or offline setups.

Addressing this would also help surface and document all outbound calls to external services like Bundlephobia

Modules in the left panel:

• Download and Traffic (overview)
• Github (overview)
• Bundlephobia (files)

Modules on the home page:

• Overview (download last week)

The goal is to be able to deactivate them in the settings page.

The Search Packages feature is not included, as it depends on the local registry configuration.
