feat(i18n): add support for Arabic and Turkish languages

I noticed the CLI currently supports English and French.
I’m a native Arabic speaker and fluent in Turkish, and I’d be happy to help add translations for both.

I took a quick look at `workspaces/i18n/src/languages/` and can add:
- `arabic.ts`
- `turkish.ts`
