wiki: sync to the connectors-model docs; add 'What sets it apart' to Home The live wiki was the pre-connectors version — stale schema, missing ~20 pages the README links to, and still carried the old 'attributed to you, not a bot' claim. Replace with the current docs/wiki/ from the repo and lead Home with the agent-native differentiators.
