Host encoding latency spikes

Bug Symptoms

Noticable microstutters during streaming.
Artemis host processing latency max shows continues spikes ranging from 9 to 21 to sometimes even 50ms.
These cause noticable stutters in the stream when playing fast paced games.
Running Vibepollo 1.15 stable 2.
Host is 7600x, rtx4070s, 32gbddr5 ram, nvme storage.
Client is android 12 TCL tv.

Expected Behavior

No spikes in host processing latency.

Thank you for the report. We need logs in order to troubleshoot this issue.

Please collect them from Vibepollo:

1. Open the system tray icon for Apollo.
2. Click Open Vibepollo.
3. If required, log into the Web UI.
4. Open the Troubleshooting tab.
5. Click Export Logs.
6. Upload the resulting logs archive or crash bundle to this issue.

For automation purposes, please do not rename the exported logs or crash bundle after downloading them.

Once logs or a crash bundle are attached, they will be reviewed. If no logs or a crash bundle are provided within 2 weeks, this issue will be closed for lack of information provided.

Bug Symptoms

I am experiencing the same issue.

During streaming I get noticeable microstutter, and host processing latency shows intermittent spikes above the normal baseline. The behavior appears to match what is described in this issue.

Changing resolution, bitrate, and FPS does not seem to affect the issue. I have already tried a lot of different settings and troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists.

Host system:

• RTX 5090
• Ryzen 7 9800X3D
• Windows 11 25H2

Client system:

• Moonlight
• RTX 5050
• Ryzen 5 5500
• Windows 11 25H2

Expected Behavior

Stable host processing latency without recurring spikes or visible microstutter during streaming.

Windows Version

Windows 11 25H2 on both host and client

I can confirm the same problem on my side. I am currently gathering logs and will add them once I have a clean reproduction.
