Kura 1.0.0

After 40+ beta builds, Kura reaches 1.0 — one application for your entire PlayStation library across PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, PS4, PS5, and PS Vita. Point it at your drives and it works out what every game actually is (not what the filename says), finds duplicates, organises them for any console layout, and installs straight to your console. No installer, no login, no internet account.

New in 1.0: native builds for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon + Intel), and Linux.

🔎 Reads inside the files

Kura cracks open the PKG header, ISO9660 directory, SFO metadata, ZIP central directory, and CSO/ZSO sector index to pull the real title, title ID, version, content ID, region, firmware, and cover art. FF7-REMAKE-PS4-FIXED-FIXED2.pkg shows up as Final Fantasy VII Remake.

🧩 Every PlayStation, one library

PS1 disc images (BIN/CUE, ECM, PBP), PS2 ISO/ECM, PSP UMD/CSO/ZSO, PS3 JB folders + PKG + ISO, PS4 PKG/fpkg + exFAT, PS5 folder installs, PS Vita VPK and extracted folders — same library, filters, and workflow throughout. Sort by size and the 25 GB PS5 game sits right next to the 80 MB PS1 game.

⚡ Fast, structural, accurate

  • Parallel all-drives scan with partial decompression — a 1.8 GB CSO scans as fast as a plain ISO.
  • Classification by format-defined fields (SFO TITLE_ID prefix, PKG magic, SYSTEM.CNF) — not filename guessing, so PC installers and screenshot folders are no longer added as fake games.
  • RAR/ZIP archive scanning wired into the main scan, multi-volume aware; unsupported .7z is flagged "extract first" instead of silently dropped.

  • One-click install over FTP with layout presets (etaHEN / webMAN / Itemzflow / custom).
  • Bulletproof duplicate detection by content ID + version + region, side-by-side from one modal.

🛰️ Kura Loader (PS5 companion payload)

Bundled kura-loader.elf with one-click auto-setup and a live web dashboard at http://<console-ip>:8535/ — temperatures, fans, memory, storage, processes, library, installs, cheats, patches, saves, and logs in real time. Integrates ShadowMountPlus by Drakmor to run titles directly from external / USB / network storage. This release: every install is attributed to Kura Loader on-console, respawn reasons are logged, the kernel-log endpoint filters Sony noise by default, and the diagnostic bundle surfaces recent respawn reasons.
