Changed

  • Breaking (for the day-old [entities] section): switched from
    disabled = ["URL"] to a flat NAME = true|false map. Reads nicer
    and leaves room to grow per-entity config later: 
    [entities]
URL = false
MAC_ADDRESS = false
    Missing entries default to enabled. true is the same as not listing
    the entity at all.
