Tensegrity

This release:

• Fixes the timer for the Windows auto update feature.
• Fixes an API Key error during updates.
• Adds Starr app and Plex app checks to /api/version endpoint.
• Removes Plex name from config, retrieves name from Plex now.
• Fixes a crashing bug on Windows when debug is not enabled.
• Adds the response body to Plex errors.
• Allows unmonitoring movies and episodes via API. Sonarr feature is broken. :(
• More work for Sonarr Release Profiles. (still not done, but more done)
