🚀 User Onboarding & Account Pairing Guide

Welcome to Tamed! This guide walks you through signing up, selecting your role, and linking accounts with your partner.

1. Creating Your Account & Signing In

1. Open tamed.pages.dev in your desktop or mobile browser.
2. If Supabase is configured:
   • Click Sign Up to create an account with your Email & Password.
   • Or click Sign In if you already have an active account.
3. If using Demo Mode:
   • You can proceed directly without an email address to test out all features locally!

2. Setting Up Your Persona Profile

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to complete onboarding:

Select Your Role:

• 👑 Master / Owner: You manage daily behavior tasks, log day quality (Green/Yellow/Red), approve reward redemptions, and send praise notes.
• 🦊 Pet / Submissive: You complete daily checklists to earn XP, gain levels, earn species currency (Bones 🦴, Fish 🐟, Berries 🫐, Stars ✨), and redeem custom rewards.

Customization Options:

• Username: The display name your partner sees.
• Species Persona (Pet): Choose from Puppy 🐶, Kitty 🐱, Fox 🦊, or Custom ✨.
• Praise Terms: Custom endearing names used by your partner (e.g., "Good girl!", "Good boy!").
• Theme Colors: Pick custom primary and accent theme colors.

3. Account Pairing via 6-Digit Code

To sync routines, calendars, and points in real-time, both partners must be paired:

1. Owner: Copy your unique 6-digit Pair Code shown on your screen.
2. Pet: Paste or enter your Owner's 6-digit Pair Code into the onboarding form.
3. Click Link Accounts. Your dashboards will immediately sync in real-time!

Tip

You can disconnect or repair accounts at any time under Settings > Pair Configuration.
