Moments ago I upgraded to the Full version. I followed the instruction by deleting the trial version and installing the full version. Then my UI's won't work. I quit Unity Editor and re-opened the Unity Editor. Now everything works fine.
I mentioning this as a suggested step to include when advising on version upgrades.
