@Novum, r_rtshadows > 0 rockets no longer illuminate their surroundings. The same applies to lava balls (i.e. start map). Only when a lava ball falls back into the lava is the surrounding area illuminated for a split second.
Regression or deliberate change?
tested only on linux / nvidia current drivers 590.48.01

The problem is likely that the light source is in the rocket which then occludes the light. Need to think about how to fix that.

@j4reporting I did tweak the distance the ray is started at to mitigate this. I hope it fixes other similar cases where people put light sources into things, but it will not always work. Hopefully mod authors will test against vkQuake.
