• Improved .NET runtime and managed-brain loading behavior.
• Cleaned up runtime hosting so CoreCLRHostLoader no longer takes responsibilities that belong to the managed runtime.

• Fixed cyclic scripts4 dependencies being allowed to fall back to an arbitrary load order. Cyclic package graphs are now rejected before activation.
• Fixed root runtime-extension initialization timeouts being treated as recoverable. A failed root initialization now stops managed runtime startup instead of continuing with a partially initialized environment.
• Cleaned up extension ownership so the central runtime no longer declares responsibilities belonging to individual extensions.
• Improved scripts4 lifecycle validation and reload failure handling.

Alloc8orStandardNatives

• Completed the generated native catalog and StandardNatives output that were not populated in the previous release.
• Added verification of the generated catalog against the current Legacy and Enhanced alloc8or JSON data.
• Improved native validation before a request is passed to the low-level Script Hook V native call.
• PowerShell catalog generation now verifies its output before replacing the generated files.

ScriptHookInput

• Fixed and cleaned up the input implementation while preserving the existing Game Input and Device Input behavior.
• No intended changes to existing input configuration or bindings.

Script4Reload

• Improved reload lifecycle consistency and failure recovery.
• Reload operations now avoid committing an invalid scripts4 generation when package validation fails.
• Improved handling when files change again while an earlier reload operation is still being processed.
