I have been tasked to help the IT department close some work orders, such as adding and removing users and groups, unlocking user accounts, managing group policy.

Program walk-through:

Part 1: Manage Users

Step 1: Navigate Active Directory to add users in IT department in HQ-NYC.




Step 2: Remove Users utilizing the search function in the Employee Organization Unit(OU).


Step 3: Unlock the Account for the user.

Part 2: Manage Groups and Other Organizational Units

Step 1: Create an OU for new hires named "Analyst"


Step 2: Move New Hires to "Analyst" OU

Part 3: Manage Group Policy Objects

Step 1: Edit Removable Storage Device access


Step 2: Remove Access to command Prompt
