No Statistics Tab in local environment? Do you know Why?

In nuget.org production, I can see the Statistics tab

In the local dev box, I cannot see the Statistics tab

I don't remember which part of the code controls this, but it can be investigated by looking at the .cshtml and tracing the code.

I think the core reason is that there are no JSON statistics blobs generated by the our backend jobs, and JSON blob container containing such blobs is not configured.
