Provide solution-level managing of stores

Within a solution, multiple stores can be opened simultaneously.

A sort of default store is the one alongside the solution file, but other project-specific stores can also be opened simultaneously.

Provide ability to:

• Open a given store file
• Save/Close all open store files
• At the store level, Close/Dispose with corresponding event
