Fixes Free/Pro installer identity isolation: Command Dictate Free now installs under its own app identity (new AppId) and its own directory, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Command Dictate Free, fully separate from Command Dictate Pro.
A guarded migration quietly removes old Free 1.0.0/1.0.1 installs from the previous shared identity, and protects Command Dictate Pro installs: nothing under the old shared identity is touched unless it is verified to be Command Dictate Free.
Prepares Command Dictate Free for package-manager distribution (WinGet/Chocolatey).
