Updates the `bottle do` block with v0.1.2 root_url and sha256s for the three platforms now uploaded to the release.
Once merged, I'll mirror this formula to `Numbatt/homebrew-tap` (the public tap that `brew install Numbatt/tap/gh-wallpaper` reads), then run a clean-shell smoke test per RELEASING.md step 8.
