1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Homio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App You may use the app to generate short videos using AI. You are responsible for all content you create. You may not use the app to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove or block content that violates these terms.
3. Accounts and Security You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Keep your account credentials secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payments and Credits Certain features require credits or subscriptions. Credits purchased via Apple IAP or web payments are non-refundable except as required by law. 100 credit = [25 seconds] of AI video generation (as described in-app). We reserve the right to change credit pricing and subscription plans at any time.
5. Subscriptions Subscriptions are billed through Apple or the payment provider you choose. Renewal is automatic unless canceled via Apple account settings. All subscription cancellations must be made through the platform used to purchase.
6. Content and Intellectual Property All AI-generated content is owned by the user, except where it violates copyright or intellectual property law. We retain the right to use anonymized data for improving the app and AI models.
7. Privacy Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the app (see Privacy Policy below).
8. Disclaimer The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the app or generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the app or services.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the app and on our website.

1. Information We Collect Account Information: Name, email address. Usage Data: Video generation logs, app activity. Device Data: Device type, OS version, app version. Payment Information: Only stored and processed via Apple; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information To operate and improve the app. To process purchases and subscriptions. To provide customer support. To analyze anonymized usage trends.
3. Sharing Information We do not sell your data. We may share anonymized data with third-party analytics providers. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations.
4. User Content Videos generated using the app are stored securely. You retain ownership of generated content, subject to compliance with laws and these policies.
5. Security We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee complete security.
6. Apple and Third-Party Services Payments are handled by Apple IAP or Stripe. We do not control their data practices. Analytics may be collected via Firebase, Crashlytics, or similar services.
7. Children The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
