Code updates for Dehayem et al. (2025)

This repository contains the code used in Dehayem et al. (2025).
It includes R scripts to simulate the datasets, and to generate 15 incomplete datasets from the complete dataset used to assess how different sampling methods impact the inference of community assembly processes in phylogenetic island biogeography.
