Updates the BOSC navigation menu label so the CollaborationFest link reads as the “latest” (non-year-specific) entry in the site’s Hugo configuration.
Changes:
- Renamed the BOSC menu item from “CollaborationFest (2025)” to “CollaborationFest”.
