[IMP] pms_property_opening: property opening data and pms_tourist_room: calculation of the total tourist room in the property information card

This module adds the open_date field that allows to set the opening date of the hotel or the date from which it is suitable for the Kpi's calculation.

Add the calculation of the total tourist room in the property information card.

This is fine for me.
It works fine and adds the necessary information to the property listing.
I would just like to ask if it needs to be a datetime or just a date.
What do you think?
