[16.0][ADD] new res_company_gitlab_link module

This module adds a new 'Gitalb URL' field, at company level.

As we are adding social_media_* modules for handling the social media posting and management, I don't think we should name this module this way. We can call it res_company_gitlab_link or similar, although I know Odoo core is calling the base module social_media.

agree that current module naming could lead to confusion as the namespace social_media_* will be reserved for the connectors (social_media_linkedin, social_media_x, etc)

Hi @pedrobaeza and @nilshamerlinck. I renamed the module (res_company_gitlab_link).
same naming convention as https://github.com/OCA/social/tree/18.0/res_company_mastodon_link
