Installable package of viewcounter for OJS 3.5.x (plugin release 1.2.0.0).
Install via Settings -> Website -> Plugins -> Upload A New Plugin, uploading the attached
viewcounter-1.2.0.0.tar.gz; then enable it. See the README on the stable-3_5_0 branch for configuration.
