Building boost now in such a way that the naming-problems disappear; and update of how to use the local gcc. Now the boost-build shows a lot more information. And single-threading now fixed.
No "gcc" anymore in the name. And "lboost_system" is often needed now.
BOOST_SPIRIT_USE_OLD_NAMESPACE must now be defined for that to work.
Need to find out whether it's needed, and why it's not working anymore.

This may have some issues with regards to complexity but for now seems the only option.
